Balsamico Vignola- White Balsamic Vinegar-NEW!
Not a fan of the discoloration regular balsamic vinegar imparts to some of your culinary creations? How about a WHITE balsamic…
Balsamico Vignola White Balsamic vinegar is a delicious combination of Italian white wine vinegar and sweet concentrated grape "must" ie. the pulp and skins of the crushed grapes. However, unlike dark, white balsamic will not stain or color dressings, sauces, salads and other delicate dishes.
Do we look out for our “urban gourmets”? Indeed we do. 16.9 oz
 | | Terre Exotique Balsamic Vinegar- Aged 10 years NEW!
Italians are fanatics about their balsamics, to the extent that the appellation, the geographical name derived from the region, village, or vineyard of origin, identifies the winegrower, and authorizes them to market their products under their “appellation”. In turn the AOC, Appellation d’Origine Controlee protects their good name. Simply put, you don’t mess with an established product name in Italy.
Thick and rich, wax-sealed, ribbon adorned, this is Serious Balsamic for the Serious chef! An exquisite gift all on it’s own! Bottled in Italy. Do give it a try! |

A "VINAIGRETTE" by any other name would not taste as tart, or something like that... So just what IS a "vinaigrette", what good is it, and am I sure I'm spelling it correctly?
A vinaigrette is a sauce made typically of olive oil and vinegar, then combined with a variety of herbs, seasonings, honey and/or mustard. Its uses are legion, but it is typically used to dress salads, cold meats, or fish. The wonderful thing is that it tends to be a lite dressing, and we can all use a little something "lite" in our lives.
We've bundled our "BEST" together, and are even sharing Wolfgang Puck's "Perfect Vinaigrette" recipe.

The Jean Leblanc company has changed little since 1878. It is still run by Leblanc-Jean-Charles and is still located in the southern most village of Burgundy. But most importantly, it still manufactures the highest quality, small-batch, hand-crafted vinegars and oils in France...if not, the world.
The bottle makes you smile. The raspberry vinegar beckons you to create a vinaigrette that will complement a plateful of organic baby greens, fresh pears, walnuts, and crumbled Maytag bleu cheese. Perfect for your upcoming summer menus.

Champagne vinegar is produced using the same type of grapes used in the production of champagne, Chardonnay or Pinot Noir grapes. It bears a taste similar to that of a good quality champagne with a hint of vanilla, and adds an exciting, cosmopolitan taste to any culinary creation.
Combined with a touch of sugar, the sweet and acidic quality of this dressing is superb. Combined with olive oil and spices, one fantastic marinade.
Changing just a few basic pantry ingredients to higher end products can make an indescribable difference in the flavor of the foods you prepare. This is a good place to start.
