Oh my! This confit is delicious cold with delicatessen, or warm with meat dishes. Mike likes it on turkey burgers along with a mayo-bleu cheese dressing. Try it, love it, end of story. 7.4 oz

Serving Suggestion: Mix 1/4 C chopped scallions, 3/4 C shredded Gruyere cheese, and one jar of confit. Spread over 3- 6" flour tortillas, top with additional tortilla. Grill, cut into wedges.
