RETURN POLICY

Due to health reasons, returns or exchanges of any consumable food product(s) purchased from The City Pantry, opened or unopened, will not be accepted.

Any product damaged during shipment (this DOES NOT include melting of chocolate) will be replaced at no charge, provided the purchaser notifies The City Pantry by phone (262-537-4500) or via e-mail (thecitypantry@wi.rr.com) within 24 hours of receipt of damaged item(s) and returns damaged product(s) to The City Pantry within 14 days of receipt of order. No shipping charges will be paid by customer for shipment of replacement item(s). Should no replacement be requested, a refund of the purchase price only will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase.

Any non-food product that is received by purchaser, but does not meet customer expectations, may be returned at purchaser’s expense provided the purchaser contacts The City Pantry within 24 hours of receipt of order, either by phone (262-537-4500) or via e-mail (thecitypantry@wi.rr.com) notifying them of the return. The returned item(s) must be insured at full value, and received in undamaged condition no later than 14 days after receipt of purchase. Once the item(s) have been received by The City Pantry, and meet the aforementioned conditions, a refund of the purchase price ONLY will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase.

We reserve the right to deny refunds and/or returns on special order, bulk quantities (12 or greater).
