Hand-Harvested Sea Saltsll Boschetto is located in the heart of Tuscany, in Castiglione della Pescaia, a small medieval village on the Tyrrhenian coast. The daily reality of this company has been built on quality, creativity, and service making it one that is continuously evolving, and striving to provide products that are highly valued and steeped in the Tuscan tradition. Terre Exotique is the vision of Erwan & Marie. This French couple lived for 5 years on a plantation in the region of Penja in Cameroon. While there they fell in love with African spices and condiments, particularly with the region's Penja pepper. After moving back to France they embarked on a culinary business venture with an emphasis on African culinary "particularites". Their line includes products from the Ivory Coast, Tunisia, Madagascar, L'ile Maurice, Ghana, Mali, and Cameroon. Quai Sud, (translated South wharf) gathers salts from such exotic places as the Australian Murray River basin, the black lava fields of Hawaii, ancient Persia, and the sea shallows of France, and literally “brings them to your table”.
