Dalla Terra Artisanal Pastas

Since our relocation to Appleton, Wisconsin, we have discovered a superior line of Handcrafted Artisanal pasta, and are excited to be able to offer it to you, our “Urban Gourmet”!

Appropriately named, we feel, the Dalla Terra (Italian for “from the land”) Pasta family utilizes primarily fresh, local, organic ingredients for all of their flavorings and colorings, only the finest Extra Fancy Durham Wheat from North Dakota Mills (local organic wheat locally milled whenever possible), and only the best local spices and fresh garden herbs available. (A conservative amount of sea salt is added for flavor enhancement. No powdered flavorings or artificial colors are used).

After blending, rolling, and cutting the pasta dough, it is air dried for a minimum of 48 hours, allowing for flavor retention and texture (not accomplished by the “big boys” where drying takes place under high heat). Hand harvested off the drying rack, do you believe, then carefully packaged, Dalla Terra Pasta is ready to “bring it on”...

We're “testing the waters” here, so we are starting out small, offering but ONE cut, Trenette, a mid-width pasta- 8 mm- 1/4", and 4 flavors: Spinach Garlic, Mushroom Sage, Tomato Basil, and our "Seasonal variety" at this time, Roasted Red Pepper. Mmmm...
