Mustards Take a Look!Dijon is made from husked black mustard seeds blended with wine, salt, and spices. It can vary from mild to very hot and is generally used in salad dressings and sauces. It will dress up an everyday hot dog or ham sandwich as well. Meaux mustard is the partially crushed, partially ground black mustard seed mixed with vinegar. This produces a crunchy rather hot mustard, sure to wake up any bland food item. Use these mustards as condiments, particularly on steak (the French love this) or in marinades, vinaigrettes, or even BBQ sauce. Our BBQ sauce recipe is fabulous. Just this once go a step beyond traditional squeeze bottle yellow mustard. Your guests will notice the difference, trust us. |
The name says it all, Firehouse Hot! No dijon or coarse grain here, just mustard with a "make you sweat goodness", and here, in Wisconsin, we LIKE to sweat. That's why we slather it on our beer basted brats! So, what's your pleasure? 8.8 oz | ||
