HoneySignificantly sweeter than table sugar, honey is used in cooking and baking replacing traditional granular sugar. Unadulterated, spread it on scones or sweeten beverages such as tea. We offer two varieties, both with French origins; lavender and 1000 Flowers. (Now that's a lot of flowers.) Try either as a unique flavor enhancer. We particularly love the pail that the 1000 Flowers honey comes in. Remember, our mission is the best of the best with beautiful packaging. A word of caution: If fed honey, infants may develop infant botulism. |

A vinaigrette is a sauce made typically of olive oil and vinegar, then combined with a variety of herbs, seasonings, honey and/or mustard. Its uses are legion, but it is typically used to dress salads, cold meats, or fish. The wonderful thing is that it tends to be a lite dressing, and we can all use a little something "lite" in our lives. We've bundled our "BEST" together, and are even sharing Wolfgang Puck's "Perfect Vinaigrette" recipe. Oh, and yes, I did spell it correctly! | ||
