BLEU CHEESE DEVILED EGGS

6 jumbo eggs, hard cooked, halved, yolks removed

1 1/2 T POMMERY FIREMAN's mustard

2 1/2 T mayonnaise

1/4 C bleu cheese, perhaps a little less

salt & pepper to taste

snipped chives

Mix egg yolks and next 3 ingredients. Fill cooked egg halves with yolk mixture. Top with snipped chives.
