Rabbit Creek Products is named after a lazy little stream that runs through the quaint eastern Kansas town of Louisburg. Their products are "homespun" and "delicious." We are featuring 4 of their scone mixes. Each 15.5 oz package yields 16-18 servings, each is low in fat, big on flavor, and get this: you JUST ADD WATER! How simple is that! While stocking our shelves, I thought I was hallucinating, but I could actually smell the mixes right through the package walls, and speaking of packaging- each mix comes in a substantial cardboard fold-top bag, their trademark "Running Hare" in a cutout window, and a colorful fabric ribbon securing a small complimentary whisk.
