Demerle Silpat Silicone Baking Sheet
The Silpat® is a relative newcomer to the consumer market, and is a "must-have" for any patisserie chef or home baker. Silpat® turns any pan into a non-stick surface, saving both time and money. Constructed of fiberglass and silicone, it has a life of 2,000 to 3,000 uses. This product conforms to US regulations on food grade silicone, and is FDA, NSF®, and Kosher certified. It can withstand temperatures varying from -40°C to 250°C or -40°F to 482°F.
