Barefoot Contessa's BBQ Sauce

When Ina Garten, a.k.a. The Barefoot Contessa of FoodNetwork fame, operated her catering business, she recalls making hundreds of gallons of this sauce. That qualifies as "getting it right" in our book.

We've tasted it, and honestly it's superb. There's a mix of Asian/Southwest/Deep South flavors going on here. Great as a marinade or for cooking directly on the grill. Mike used it on baby back ribs, and still talks about it.
